All payment processing has a $6.45 fee added.
This upper civil mediation service is for civil disputes involving more than $30,000, including matters at the Circuit Civil or appellate level. A court case is not required to use this service.
Our professional mediators provide upper civil mediation for a wide range of higher-value civil disputes, including real estate disputes, employment and labor disputes, landlord-tenant disputes involving high-value property, commercial and business disputes, breach of contract, contract disputes, corporate matters, business dissolution, and other civil conflicts.
Many parties choose mediation to address significant disputes privately and work toward a mutually acceptable resolution without continuing or starting court proceedings. Our mediators remain neutral and help the parties communicate, identify possible solutions, and make informed decisions.

Cancellation Policy
Payment Processing: All payments and returns will have a processing fee added. This is the fee charged by the payment processor, and may change annually, and differ based on the payment platform of your choice. This portion of your payment is non-refundable.
For Mediation Services: There is a mandatory 48 hour notice for cancellations (this refers to business hours, so if the mediation is scheduled for a Monday, it must be canceled by Thursday). All cancellations submitted prior to 48 hours of scheduled time receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee. If the mediation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation, monies are non-refundable.
