At AEP Mediation & Notary Services, our mediation team brings together professionals with diverse backgrounds, experience, and areas of practice. Our mediation team provides remote mediation services for family, civil, workplace, educational, probate, and other disputes.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on Legal Studies (Pre-Law) from Barry University; a Certificate of Legal Administration from Humphrey’s University; the completion of all core classes of Law from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law; and, previously maintained Florida Supreme Court Certifications in Dependency, Appellate, Family, and County Civil mediation, Jancy is a well-rounded mediator with extensive education and experience in dispute resolution.
She has mediated a wide range of disputes since 2010, including real estate, insurance, HOA, business, probate, family, contract, workplace, school, and other civil disputes. Jancy takes great pride in having built this dedicated mediation team and having developed remote services to better serve the communities she is passionate about helping.

Kieran graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2012, where she earned her
Bachelor of Science in legal studies. She continued her education by earning her Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) at Barry University School of Law in 2015, and passed the bar in Florida the same year. Kieran developed an interest in family law in 2013 while helping families navigate challenging situations through her work as an observer in her local court’s Court Supervised Visitation Program.
Her experience practicing family law with a solution-oriented approach led her to pursue a career in alternative dispute resolution. Since 2023, Kieran has been a dedicated Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator whose compassion is immersed in every facet of her work. She handles family law disputes at every stage of the process.

Adrienne possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and three certificates: Dispute Resolution; Public Administration and Policy; and, Project Management. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Adrienne Mushiya Kalamba is a Canadian mediator and author who is fluent in English and French and now lives in the United States. She has education and experience in family disputes, while the majority of her mediation experience and training has been in civil disputes. Adrienne has been mediating since 2013.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Fort Lewis College, Scott pursued an education in Dispute Resolution. Since completing his mediation and dispute resolution training, he has helped people resolve conflicts in multiple states across the United States since 2014.
Scott believes in empowering people by helping them resolve their issues in meaningful ways that support greater self-determination and less conflict. He remains committed to impartiality and neutrality and prides himself on clarity and accuracy. Scott was also ED of the Domestic Violence Crisis Center of his local circuit, and has many years under his belt dealing with these sensitive issues.

Lourdes brings her extensive mediation and legal experience, along with her commitment to helping others reach sustainable resolutions, to her ADR practice.

With 16 years of education and training in the United States and abroad, Sahar brings extensive experience to her work as a neutral mediator in family and civil disputes. Since 2020, she has mediated a variety of family and divorce disputes involving property division, parenting plans, parent-teen disputes, and other family conflicts, as well as civil disputes including landlord-tenant and eviction matters.

With an educational background in healthcare from Texas Woman’s University, Sharon pursued additional education in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and has been mediating since 2013. She has completed the Mediation Dynamics training that satisfies the standards of the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable and Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. She now possesses the highest credentials for mediators in the state of Texas. She is trained in the fields of family dynamics, child development, family law, workplace, and juvenile detention, as specified by Texas law.
Sharon is also a trained arbitrator, and an internationally certified master coach through the International Coaches Federation. Sharon is a well-rounded mediator who adapts her approach to the needs of each dispute and the parties involved.

With a J.D. from Valparaiso University Law School, Carrie Ganci-Clodi has served as a Director of Special Education in Illinois school districts and Special Education Cooperatives. In addition to her role in the educational sector, Ms. Ganci-Clodi is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Indiana, and is formally trained in mediation, and has been practicing law and mediating since 2017.
Carrie has provided in-person mediation services through the Kankakee and Iroquois County court systems since graduating from law school and provides remote mediation services nationally for family, divorce, probate, education, and estate planning matters. Carrie has also taught at Olivet University since 2005 and has served as a member of the Executive Board of Harbor House, an organization that supports survivors of domestic violence.
To ensure seamless interactions, we have a team of skilled mediators who are fluent in various languages, including French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Lingala, Tshiluba, and Farsi. Having several multi-language mediators enables us to provide support and assistance to clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
