Child Dependency/Elder Care Mediation $400
Helping families create a plan for the care and protection of loved ones who may need assistance due to age, mental capacity, or physical ability.
Service Description
All payment processing has a $6.45 fee added. Parties may decide how to split the fee.
This service is designed to help families work through important care and decision-making arrangements for loved ones who may need assistance due to age, physical limitations, mental capacity, or other circumstances.
AEP Mediation & Notary Services can help family members communicate about their concerns, work through disagreements, and develop a mutually acceptable plan for care and support. When the parties reach an agreement, the mediator can assist with documenting the terms agreed upon during the mediation session.
Mediation may be appropriate for family members addressing matters involving child dependency, custody, guardianship, power of attorney, placement, or capacity-related concerns, as well as other family arrangements involving the care and support of a loved one.
Having a clear plan can help families understand their responsibilities and reduce uncertainty about how care and decision-making will be handled.
